MATERNITY PHOTO SESSION
So many women wish they would have documented their pregnancy after the baby was born; having a maternity photo session captures you at your most natural and curvy. Photographing the love you have for your nearly born child through these sessions is a real passion of mine and they are some of my most favourite images of myself whilst I was expecting our son.

Combined maternity & newborn session package : £270 for both photo sessions (see newborn info page for more details).
£50 deposit is required to book your photo session & the remaining is due 7 days before your scheduled session.
When is the best time for a maternity session?
Maternity pictures are best taken between 31-35 weeks; if you are carrying multiples 25-30 weeks. We want your baby bump to be as round as possible before you start to get impatient waiting for your baby to arrive.
What do I wear to a maternity session?
Wardrobe is key in a photo session so it is important to pre-plan what to wear. We work together to discuss what you are comfortable with and how much of your tummy you wish to show. I offer fabrics to elegantly drape over your bump in these sessions, partners baggy shirts work lovely as well as dresses. I have a selection of dresses, sizes 8-18 which I can show you when you arrive. Some cover the tummy and some show the tummy depending on your preference. Either way, we work closely together to help you feel confident and beautiful for your photo session.
Do I have the session alone or can my partner and/or other children join me?
It is a special time for everyone so partners & other children are welcome. It is lovely to get a mix of family, couple and single pictures where possible, so they are encouraged to participate if they wish. As the photo sessions are based in my home, I have a playroom that your other children are welcome to use whilst you have your single pictures.
How many pictures will I receive?
The number of images will depend from session to session, and if you have a partner and/or other children involved, then there will be more variety. On average you can expect anything from 15-30 edited images. As you are purchasing full resolution digital images, these will be yours to reproduce for personal use (no commercial licence). This means you can upload digital images to social media, print and enlarge them, send to family and friends etc.
Do you offer discounts for maternity and newborn photo sessions together?
Yes I do - a maternity photo session with 5 edited images is £110 and newborn photo sessions with 5 edited digital images & matching 5 - 4x6 prints is £200. When booked together, the rate will be discounted to £270.
Do you offer any discount for repeat customers?
Yes! If you have had a photo session with me previously and book again for another milestone, another child or just updated images as your children grow, you will receive 10% off as well as a free framed image of your choice.
I also have a 'Recommend a Friend' offer; for any friend that you recommend who books a photo session you will receive a free framed image of your choice.
